Next Generation Arising was created by Mark Johnston to feed & equip young people, as Jesus commanded over 2000 years ago. The youth of this generation are searching for consistent, biblical precepts to face the challenges & ideology of today’s culture. If youth are taught in an engaging & age-appropriate way the basic doctrines of what they believe & why, then they will surely face each season of life with great security & confidence.

 

Today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders. Next Generation Arising consists of a variety of ministries designed to engage our youth & train them well. Consistent, weekly teaching that is Bible based will develop leaders who know who they are, why they are here & how to live out the purpose for which God created them. Spirit filled youth will be obedient to their Savior & armored daily to resist the pressure to conform to culture & blend in with the masses.

 

God called Abraham, Deborah, Moses, Peter & Queen Esther to stand up, stand out & lead. He also called Lincoln, Wilberforce, Clara Barton & Rosa Parks. In each generation, God has strategically placed his people to influence, shape & lead the next generation. As Mordecai said to his niece, Esther, "It was for such a time as this that you were born."
